Consulting, Training & Advocacy
We are passionate about supporting high-quality outdoor education, hands-on learning, and free play opportunities in early years settings.
Through our consulting, training, and advocacy work, we support nurseries, schools, and childcare providers in developing nature-based education that enhances children’s wellbeing, creativity, and connection to the world around them.
Our Approach
We believe in supporting you in strengthening your workforce so that they are fully equipped, skilled and motivated to deliver rich, meaningful outdoor experiences for children.
Our training and consultancy sessions provide practical, hands-on strategies to help educators feel prepared and inspired.
We also recognise the power of collaboration. By bringing together early years settings, we foster a supportive network where educators can share ideas, problem-solve challenges, and build a community of practice dedicated to outdoor learning and child-centred education.

We provide practical training days, consultancy for educators, and advocacy for outdoor learning, all rooted in deep respect for childhood, nature, and hands-on learning.
Training Days for Early Years Educators
We run immersive, practical sessions designed to inspire educators and enhance outdoor learning in early years settings. Topics include:

These hands-on activities help early years educators develop practical skills they can pass on to children. Seeing adults engaged in meaningful, purposeful work fosters a deep sense of connection and imitation in young children.
Simple crafts such as mending, carving, doll making, and creating a seasonal nature table enrich the learning environment and support children's holistic development.Elements in Education: Using fire for outdoor cooking, water play, earth-based games and activities, and air.
Foraging & Shelter Building: Learning to forage safely, building shelters for people and animals, integrating survival skills into outdoor play.
